About Us

When we started to analyze the parking space to determine if there was a need for organizational development and human resources support from a consulting perspective, we found ourselves asking “where is the industry headed and how will my company keep in step?” from a number of different aspects: industry trends, client needs, technology, and CEOs themselves asking these very same questions for their own company and employees.  It was evident to us that the industry is becoming more sophisticated with rising expectations from asset owners and managers and that employee performance is becoming central to the future success of companies. We saw a need that we could help to address that is reflected in our vision to help clients get to where they want to go by providing practical solutions that help drive company results through individual performance.

There's a tricky balance between motivating employees company wide to embrace a particular corporate strategy while also asking them to meet client and customer's individual needs.  And when the effort and work pays off to strike that balance, magic happens:  employees are engaged, results become predictable and companies grow.  At The Marlyn Group we get that dynamic and have set our mission in motion:  in partnership with our clients, we deliver customized solutions that blend leading practices with parking world reality to drive value and results.

We work with our clients and their teams from our set of core values:

  • Commitment
    • We commit to only those engagements we know we can achieve in the spirit of our mission statement.
  • Respect
    • We are respectful of each other, our clients and their company history and culture.
  • Trust
    • We strive to earn a level of trust whereby our clients view of us as partner.
  • Fun:
    • We consistently deliver solutions that align with client expectations while ensuring our engagements are enjoyable for our clients and ourselves.

If you find yourself asking, “where is my organization going and how will we get there” we look forward to partnering with you to find the answer.
